Welcome to Nafas. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain the rules for using the Nafas mobile application and related services (“Nafas”, “the app”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using Nafas, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Purpose of Nafas
Nafas is designed to help users track smoking habits, reduce cigarette consumption, monitor progress, and stay motivated through features such as logs, daily summaries, streaks, badges, savings estimates, and progress insights.
Nafas is a self-tracking and motivational tool. It is not a medical service.
2. Health Disclaimer
Nafas does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare guidance.
The app’s content, reminders, progress indicators, badges, tips, and savings estimates are provided for general informational and motivational purposes only.
If you have health concerns, nicotine dependence, withdrawal symptoms, or need help quitting smoking, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not ignore professional medical advice because of information shown in Nafas.
3. Eligibility
Nafas is intended for adults. The app is not intended for children or minors.
By using Nafas, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use the app in your country or region.
4. User Account
You may use Nafas as a guest or create an account using available sign-in methods, such as email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In where supported.
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. You should not share your login details with others.
If you use guest mode, your data may be limited, temporary, or lost if the app is deleted, reset, or if the guest session cannot be recovered.
5. User Data and Privacy
Your use of Nafas is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, how advertising may work, and how you can delete your account and data.

When you delete your account, Nafas deletes your related app account data according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Advertising
Nafas may show advertisements in the app. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising partners, such as Google AdMob or similar services.
Advertising helps support the app and keep it available to users.
Advertising partners may process certain device and usage data according to their own privacy policies and terms. More details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
8. User Responsibilities
When using Nafas, you agree not to:
Use the app for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to damage, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its services.
Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
Provide false, misleading, or harmful information.
Use the app in a way that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Nafas is designed to support habit tracking and smoking reduction, but we do not guarantee that using the app will cause you to reduce smoking, quit smoking, improve your health, or achieve any specific result.
Your progress depends on many personal, behavioral, medical, and lifestyle factors outside our control.
10. Estimates and App Calculations
Nafas may show estimates such as savings, streaks, averages, progress scores, and achievement records.
These calculations are based on the information you enter and the app’s internal logic. They may not be perfectly accurate and should be treated as motivational estimates, not financial, medical, or scientific guarantees.
11. App Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or remove parts of Nafas at any time. We may also add, change, or remove features, content, ads, or functionality.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.
12. Third-Party Services
Nafas may use third-party services for authentication, data storage, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, or other app functionality.
These services may include providers such as Firebase, Google, Apple, Google AdMob, or similar services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Intellectual Property
Nafas, including its name, design, interface, content, graphics, features, and related materials, is owned by us or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Nafas without our permission, except as allowed by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nafas and its owners, developers, partners, or service providers are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of progress, health-related outcomes, device issues, service interruptions, or reliance on app content.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Nafas if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the app, caused harm, or created legal or security risk.
You may stop using Nafas at any time. You may also delete your account from inside the app where account deletion is available.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify users through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Nafas after changes to these Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
